Craftedsell User Guide

Installing Craftedsell

• Download & Install: Locate and install Craftedsell in the Shopify App Store.
  

Dashboard

The dashboard shows options like: Enable, Create Funnel and Plan Status.

• Enable Craftedsell, simply Click Enable > Go to Theme Editor > Select the Cart Page > Add a section on the page at your desired location by selecting the "Funnel Section" by Craftedsell in the "Apps" > Click Save to finalize the setup.
  
• You can check your plan status, trial validity, or current plan
• In the Create Funnel section, you get options to create a new funnel and check the status of existing funnels.
  

Create a Funnel for Upselling/Cross-Selling

1. Navigate to Craftedsell Dashboard > Funnel.
   
2. Click Create Funnel > “+”, enter a name for your funnel, and then click Add Funnel. You can also select Mark as Default to set any funnel as the default.
   
3. Once the funnel is added, you get the default Checkout and Thank You steps.
   
4. Click “+” at the right-hand corner to add steps to this funnel.
   
5. Add a Step Name, choose the step type (Upsell or Cross-Sell), and click Add Step.
   
6. Click on the step to add the upsell/cross-sell product and the product being offered, then save it.
   
7. Add the next step, such as a Thank You page if the offer is accepted, or an alternative step if declined. You can also add another step to redirect to an alternative set of upselling and cross-selling products.
   

Creating and Managing Product Bundles

1. Click on the sidebar on the Dashboard > Product Bundling.
   
2. Open Product Bundles in Craftedsell.
   
3. Click + to Add Product Bundle, then name the bundle.
   
4. Select items to bundle together.
   

Note: You can also access bundles in upsell/cross-sell offers.

7-Day Free Trial

• Your free trial begins upon successful installation of Craftedsell.
• You will not be charged automatically after the trial ends.
• The remaining trial days can be checked on the app's homepage.
• The free trial cannot be paused.

End of the Free Trial

• If you do not upgrade to a paid plan after the trial, the app will stop syncing your store's products.
• Your store's configurations within Craftedsell will be retained and will continue functioning once you subscribe.

Subscription Plan

• Monthly Plan: $4.48 per month.
• Full access to all features, including premium upsell/cross-sell tools and bundling options.
• Priority customer support via email at customersupport@laitkor.com.

Unsubscription Policy

• Upon unsubscribing, your subscription will terminate on the next billing date, & no further charges will be incurred.

Q1: Can I customize upsell and cross-sell recommendations?

A1: Yes! You can choose specific products you wish to upsell or cross-sell.

Q2: Will my settings be lost if I cancel my subscription?

A2: No, your settings remain stored and will be active once you subscribe again.

Q3: How do I check the remaining days of my trial?

A3: The app homepage displays the remaining trial period.

Q4: Can I bundle products separately from upselling?

A4: Yes, product bundling is an independent feature that can be configured independently.

Q5: Does Craftedsell work with all Shopify themes?

A5: Yes, Craftedsell is compatible with most Shopify themes.
